The modern, open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner built-in stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware for 8 people, as well as pans, saucepans, and cutlery.

Enjoy breathtaking views of Kalkan, the sea, and nature from the living room, which opens directly onto the pool terrace. The space features a comfortable seating area, satellite TV (LCD), DVD player, fireplace, air conditioning, a dining table for 6 people, and a WC with a sink.

Additional Information:

A short-stay fee of 4,000 TL applies for stays of 5 nights or less.
A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided there is no damage or loss during your stay. Payment can be made in TL, USD, GBP, or EUR, according to current exchange rates.

For guests requiring transport services, including paid transfers or car rentals, our sales consultants are available to assist. For guests arriving by car, we can provide directions and location details upon request.
