Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy based on your check-in date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
60+ Days Before Check-in
- Full refund (excluding the administration fee) if canceled at least 60 days before check-in.
- No refund if canceled less than 30 days before check-in.
31–59 Days Before Check-in
- 70% refund (excluding the administration fee) if canceled between 31 and 59 days before check-in.
- No refund if canceled less than 30 days before check-in.
30 Days or Less Before Check-in
- Payments made during the reservation process are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not check in and does not provide a valid reason (force majeure), the full rental fee is required.
