Deposit Procedure

A damage deposit of €200 is required prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages, losses, or breakages during your stay.

Check-in & Check-out Information

Check-in time is from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. To ensure a smooth transition for incoming guests, it is essential to vacate the villa on time so our cleaning team can prepare the property.

Reservation Information

Reservations are confirmed based on availability before or after your requested dates. If there are gaps between bookings, your reservation request may not be approved. Once your confirmation document is issued, your booking will be finalised.
