Lower Ground Floor

The expansive lower ground floor is dedicated to leisure and comfort. This level features two beautifully appointed bedrooms alongside a separate entertainment area.

• The indoor swimming pool (approx. 9m x 3m x 1.25m) provides a private oasis for guests.
• The gym is fully equipped with two yoga mats, two exercise balls, a dumbbell station, a punching bag, and an exercise bike.
• The games area boasts a multi-functional table that can be used as a dining table, table tennis table, foosball table, and pool table.

This floor houses a twin bedroom with en-suite facilities and a furnished balcony offering partial sea and mountain views. The double bedroom also features an en-suite, a free-standing bathtub, and direct access to the entertainment area. Additionally, guests can indulge in the villa’s sauna and traditional Turkish hamam, also located on this level.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is an elegant, open-plan space designed for cooking, dining, and unwinding.

• A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a seamless culinary experience.
• The dining area comfortably seats all guests.
• The living space is furnished with a stylish corner sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV.
• A neutral color palette, accented with pops of color and lush greenery, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

First Floor

The first floor is home to the remaining three en-suite bedrooms: two doubles and one twin.

• Each bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of the bay and the open sea.
• The two double bedrooms also boast private furnished balconies, perfect for taking in the stunning surroundings.

Outdoor Space

The villa’s expansive outdoor area is centered around a stunning infinity pool (approx. 12.5m x 7.5m x 1.40m) with a shallow section, seamlessly blending into the breathtaking backdrop of Snake and Mouse Island.

• Sunbeds: The pool area features 10 cushioned sun loungers, allowing guests to soak up the Mediterranean sun in absolute comfort.
• Seating areas: Relax in plush armchairs, a cozy outdoor sofa, or a double swing seat, perfect for unwinding with a view.
• Dining & BBQ: A large alfresco dining table accommodates up to 10 guests, paired with a BBQ area for memorable outdoor meals.

• A hairdryer is provided in each bedroom
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
• The pool and gardens are tended to daily
• Outdoor pool dimensions are approximately 12.50 metres x 7.50 metres x 1.40 metres deep (with shallow area)
• Indoor pool dimensions are approximately 9.00 metres x 3.00 metres x 1.25 metres deep
• Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £30 per day for the indoor pool only (bookable in advance with at least 7 days’ notice)
