Villa Kalamar Water’s Edge 2 is a luxurious four-bedroom detached villa, offering high-end accommodation for up to 8 guests in the highly sought-after Kalamar Bay area. The villa boasts an array of attractive features, including a private infinity pool, an outdoor dining and lounge area, and a beach club-style bathing platform with direct sea access.

Constructed in traditional stone, the villa has a timeless and charming aesthetic that blends harmoniously with the natural beauty of Kalamar Bay.

Part of a stylish seven-villa development, guests enjoy access to a shared beach club-style, split-level sunbathing area located close to the shoreline. Each villa has its own designated section, complete with a generous number of sun loungers.

Access to Villa Kalamar Water’s Edge 2 is via a wooden gate from the street above, where ample parking is available. A winding path through newly landscaped gardens leads to the entrance door. Please note that this path is quite steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Ground Floor

The spacious, open-plan living area is filled with natural light and provides a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for groups to relax and enjoy time together.

• Lounge area: Two comfortable sofas, a pair of armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen smart TV.

• Kitchen: Equipped with Bosch appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven (with microwave function), kettle, toaster, water cooler, and a dining table for eight guests.

• Additional rooms: A guest WC and a laundry room with a washing machine discreetly housed in a cupboard.

• Outdoor access: Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, offering panoramic views of the bay.

Also on this floor is the first bedroom, a double with an en-suite bathroom. Sliding doors from the bedroom lead directly to the garden.

First Floor

Three spacious en-suite bedrooms are located on this floor:

• Two double rooms, one being the master, and

• One twin room.

The master bedroom features two armchairs and a small table, and all rooms are tastefully furnished with two-tone wooden furniture, built-in wardrobes, and vanity stations.

• The two double rooms share a large furnished balcony with a sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table – perfect for enjoying the stunning views of Kalamar Bay.

• The twin bedroom, located at the rear, has its own private balcony furnished with two wooden chairs and a table.

• Private saltwater infinity pool with integrated jacuzzi and shallow section

• Steps lead down to the beach club-style platforms and waterfront – perfect for swimming, snorkelling, or sunbathing. Access is via a series of steps and a gently sloping path.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival. For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay clean is included.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, and charges will apply per clean. Please let us know at the time of booking or during your stay if you would like to arrange extra cleaning.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of £350 is payable in cash at the start of your holiday. This will be returned at the end of your stay, provided no damage has occurred.
