Location & Access

• Town Centre: A quick 5-minute drive to Kalkan’s world-class dining and shopping.

• Sea Access: Just steps down a garden path to a private, beach-club-style sunbathing platform.

• Arrival: Accessed via a wooden gate with ample convenient parking. Please note, the gently winding path back to the road is steep, which may not suit guests with limited mobility.

• Group Bookings: This is one of seven properties in the Water’s Edge development. It can be booked alongside neighboring 1, 2, or 4-bedroom villas to accommodate large weddings, family reunions, or friend groups seeking both proximity and privacy.

• Changeover Days: Saturdays are the preferred changeover day.

• Pool Heating: Available upon request for £400 per week.

• Security Deposit: A £350 refundable cash deposit is required upon check-in.

• Cleaning: The villa is deep-cleaned prior to arrival, with a complimentary mid-stay clean for bookings of 14 nights or more. Extra cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.
