A Unique Setting Within an Exclusive Development

Part of a thoughtfully designed development of seven private villas, Water’s Edge 3 offers access to a communal beach club-inspired bathing platform located by the shoreline. Each villa enjoys its own designated sunbathing area, complete with ample loungers for maximum comfort and privacy.

Guests enter the villa through a wooden gate from the quiet street above, where there is generous parking. A winding path through lush, newly planted gardens leads to the villa’s entrance. Please note: the path back up to the road is steep and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Located on either side of the main living area, both en-suite bedrooms offer direct access to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors, ensuring breathtaking sea views from the moment you wake.

Additional Information

Cleaning & Maintenance
The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. For stays of 14 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean is included. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra fee. Please inquire during booking or your stay.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £250 is required at check-in and will be returned at the end of your stay, provided no damage has occurred.

Optional Pool Heating
Pool heating is available upon request for £275 per week.
