Location & Access

Part of a thoughtfully designed development of seven villas, Villa Kalamar Water’s Edge 1 benefits from a unique communal sunbathing platform near the shoreline. Each villa has a dedicated area furnished with ample loungers, ensuring comfort and privacy by the water’s edge.

Access to the villa is via a wooden gate from the road above, with convenient parking available. A gently winding pathway through landscaped gardens leads to the main entrance. Please note: the path leading back to the road is steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Ground Floor

The villa opens into a spacious, light-filled open-plan living area with plush furnishings and a calming, coastal ambience. The lounge is comfortably appointed with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen Smart TV. The adjacent kitchen features high-end Bosch appliances, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven with microwave function, kettle, toaster, and a water cooler. A dining table seats up to eight guests.

Large sliding glass doors seamlessly connect the interior to the pool terrace, offering stunning views across Kalamar Bay.

Also on this level are two generously sized en-suite bedrooms:

Additional Information

Cleaning & Maintenance
The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival. A complimentary mid-stay clean is included for bookings of 14 nights or more. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request, with charges applied per clean.

Heated Pool Option
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £375 per week, payable in advance.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £350 is required at check-in, payable in cash. This will be returned in full at the end of your stay, provided no damage has occurred.
